Galvanized Square Mesh Screed Reinforcement Panel 50mm X 50mm, Wire Thickness 1.3mm, 1000mm X 2000mm

Electro welded mesh with improved adherence in flat sheets for floors and facades, with-anti cracking and anti-shrinkage functions.

The transverse and longitudinal wires of the panel, both linear and orthogonal to each other, have a surface provided with ribs, evenly distributed along the entire length, which prevent the mutual sliding between steel and concrete, and consequently improve the adhesion between the panel and the concrete.

The mesh wires are protected by a zinc coating through a galvanizing process by means of hot-dip in order to increase resistance against corrosion.   

Reinforcing welded wire mesh has the following features:

• promotes uniform disturbution of the load on the floor;
• prevents the formation of the chips and cracks on the screed;
• increases the density of the concrete composition;
• saves concrete fron destruction and deformations;
• ideal for floors with large differences.
