Introduction
Decoiler, also know as uncoiler, coil reel. It’s a machine that
widely used in the sheet metal forming industry. It uncoils the
metal strip from a coil and feeds it to the next work station in
the coil processing line.
As for the hydraulic decoiler, the support rod is pushed by a
hydraulic cylinder for smooth expansion, which makes it perfectly
suitable for medium-duty and heavy-duty metal coils. When the
uncoiler spindle is rotating, the hydraulic cylinder on the rod
will rotate together. One end of the pipeline connects to the
hydraulic cylinder, and the other end connects to the hydraulic
station.
Description
Hydraulic decoiler main function is to support the coil and provide
tension to the steel belt. It consists of a frame, a main shaft, an
expansion and contraction drum, and a brake device. It can be used
with hydraulic opener, hydraulic winder, uncoil feeder, uncoil
leveler, etc. It has a wide range of use and convenient operation.
Main Features
1. Hydraulic cylinder expands the mandrel that automatically
centers the coil.
2. The reinforced spindle is capable of loading the coil more than
5tons.
3. AC Drive and proportional speed control combine to provide
smooth material payoff.
4. Equipped with inverter and disc brake, MTC models use a manually
adjustable speed control knob to make the operator set the payoff
speed.
5. Pneumatic press arm and support arm prevent coil from loosening.
6. Coil car allows simple and safe coil loading increasing
productivity.
