1. Before production:
we will prepare the materials with first class, brand new, unused, and complies with the quality and specifications stipulated to make sure production will be enough well prepared. our engineer will check the drawings of parts to ensure well designed.
2. During production:
our engineer will check key point of production for each product, and all assembly line. Certain worker will be responsible with certain production. Be strict with every step to ensure quality.
3. After production:
our QC will check every spare parts to ensure high precision manufacturing. after assembeling, our QC will check the product work well or not. the whole production line will be installed in our workshop for whole line testing.
4. After packing:
we will take a whole picture of shipment, to arrange the delivery according to each consignment booking.
