OEM:
Our factory’s production machines and technical personnels are at the top of the industry, they can provide customers with the best OEM services. The customer needs to provide us with the design drawings of the product, and we will have a special technician to evaluate the difficulty of production and the process required for production. Of course, customers can also put forward special requirements for the production of products to us, such as: specify the source of raw materials for products, changes to the shape of products and accessories.
ODM:
We have our own products and would like to cooperate with other companies to paste logo、brand, and to adjust production process to customize product color. We can also customize product appearance, add or remove some accessories, modify product’s built-in programme or built-in system to satisfy customer’s demands.
Production Line: Our factory is located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, with a total area of 2750 m2 and a total of more than 500 employees. The factory has a total of 8 producing lines, 5 assembly lines and 3 quality inspection lines.
The smart helmet is made of PC outer thin shell and EPS integrated internal material, its production adopts integrated molding process:
1. The architect designed the helmet's internal structure in advance and then made the helmet foundation by 3D printing, using EPS, which is lightweight and high-strength.
2. The outermost PC housing of the helmet is mounted by the machine. The printed helmet has space inside, and workers on the assembly line load internal components into the helmet, such as batteries, cables, built-in Bluetooth sound, safety taillights, and more.
3. Then, workers on another assembly line will attach soft linings to the helmets completed in the first step.
4. Finally, the helmet is sent to a quality control line, where workers power the helmet to check that it functions properly. The helmet that passes the test will be packed and packed.
