IOL Delivery System Model EI22

There have been uninterrupted technological advancements in the field of cataract surgery to provide safer and more effective surgical treatments to patients. One of them is the advent of intraocular lens (IOL) delivery system. Our IOL Delivery System Model EI22 consists of a sterile disposable injector with the silicone plug and a disposable cartridge. The cartridge is made of medical grade polypropylene. The product is sterilized by ethylene oxide and used for the foldable intraocular lens implantation in cataract surgery.

1. Microincision intraocular lens implantation is realized through this injector system, which incision size is 2.2mm.
2. The cartridge is made of medical grade polypropylene which has high molecular weight uniformity and good biologival safety.
3. The Injection System for Intraocular Lens structure design conforms to the requirments of ergonomics with good control and stable injectortion.
4. The Injector has thicken head to prevent the cartridge from falling out during Injector.
5. The cartridge is closed tightly during injection process because of locking mechanism design,whcih will benefit to smooth implantation.
6. The cartridge tunnel is transparent, which is convenient observe the intraocular lenses loading and avoid the failure of injection.

IOL Delivery System Model EI22 Instruction for Use

1. Open the package using standard sterile procedure.
2. Apply moderate amount of viscoelastic gel into the cartridge tunnel.
3. Along the cartridge direction load the intraocular lens into the center place of the opened cartridge with the lens in reverse "S" shape, then close the folding wings with a "click" locking sound.
4. Place the cartridge in the groove of the injector, press it down to the bottom, and then push forward to the end.
5. Use the injector to implant the intraocular lens.
