Overview

The machine adopts coiled metal steel strip as raw material, which is uncoiled, continuously rolled and cold-formed, and automatically cut to length to produce plates of specific shapes and specifications. The whole machine adopts PLC control and AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology to realize continuous automatic production. It is an ideal production equipment for steel structure and metal cold bending processing industries.

Equipment Structure

The main machine of the equipment consists of a passive decoiler, a roll forming main machine (including guided feeding, Hydraulic cutting and discharging table) hydraulic system, electronic control system and so on.

The processing process of the equipment roll parts is completed by CNC lathes and other processing machinery, which effectively guarantees the processing accuracy of the parts, and uses various process equipment and testing equipment to ensure the equipment assembly accuracy.
