rail car rapidly side unloading system
The side rotating rail car dumper features a simple structure and
strong rigidity. The main shaft can support the rotation frame. It
uses the mechanical clamping and gravity lock, and the platform
moves to approach the loaded car. There is no hydraulic system.
There are a few rotating parts. It features high reliability and
easy maintenance. The open-type end ring is fitted with a side arm
charger. The platform is separated from the equipment body at zero,
positioned by gearing with the ground conical positioning device,
and aligned with the track accurately. It is especially suitable
for the harsh working environment to unload the ore, ore fines, etc. The distance between the side rotating car dumper rotation center and
the car center is long, thus, the drive power is also high, and the
impact force resulting from the gravity clamping and platform
moving to lock loaded car is greater than that of the rotary car
dumper.
