HDCZ boasts a quality management team composed of 38 highly-skilled and experienced professionals from various disciplines. 2.Processing base——The company's manufacture base is located in Tonglu county, Zhejiang Province, which is known as "the most beautiful county in China". It is 65 kilometers away from Hangzhou city and 60 kilometers away from Qiandao Lake. The transportation to Tonglu county from other places is very convenient. No matter by railway, highway or waterway. The manufacture base has a total plant area of around 30000 square meters and workshop is equipped with more than 300 sets of various advance manufacture equipment, including 20 sets of CNC precision vertical lathe MODEL: SMVTM12000×50/150, CNC vertical lathe MODEL:DVT8000×30/32, CNC horizontal lathe, MODEL: CK61315×125/32, CNC horizontal lathe MODEL:CK61200×80/32, CNC Grounding boring and milling machine MODEL:TJK6920,etc.Most of the parts are machined by using CNC machine equipment. Theis is a hot treatment furnace with size 10.5m×8m×8m. The manufacture base also equipped with lifting capacity of 25t, 50t, 100t, 200t overhead crane to handle heavy workpiece and assembly work.

The company have HDCZ R&D center and Shanghai R&D center, gathering many professional technical talents in domestic material handling, to support the project technology, improving the response service time and technical support.

HDCZ R&D center is specialized in designing & researching and manufacturer for large scale bulk material handling equipment. The center has 60 persons, including 16 graduates and 44 undergraduates . The center is divided into 2 parts: 19 persons of the process team and 41 persons of the designing team. The process team mainly provide the welding, manufacturing and coating process support for the machine and to ensure the quality. The designing team is divided into ship unloader group, circular yard bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer group, wagon tippler group, bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer group, electrical design & commissioning group and mechanical calculation group etc. All the key technicians are good at designing, manufacturing, fixing, commissioning and maintenancingof the machine, to provide full technical servive for the customer in project executing and after-sale service . The center always developed by focusing on technology and innovation ,using INVETER 3D design software and ANSYS FEM analysis software, setting up specialized labs, increasing the safety and reliability of the products. The center devoted to provide the best design plan and design service for the customer by persisting scientific spirit and pursuing excellence attitude.

Shanghai R&D center is specialized in designing and researching for large scale bulk material handling equipment, it is the powerful support for the company. It is based on the scienceand integrated the production and research as the principle, implementing the R&D strategy - "innovative technology, substitute imported products", increasing R&D input, and making a good performance of R&D in energy saving, environmental science etc. Environmentally-friendly bucket wheel stacker&reclaimer, 3 MW wind tower and new four- reel ship unloader developed by itself are at the advanced level in domestic, in addition, it has simulated laboratory of new four-reel ship unloader technology and electrical laboratory. By using INVETER 3D design software, legitimate electrical software and ANSYS FEM analysis software etc., improving the designed quality and efficient, increasing the safety and reliability of the products.

Shanghai R&D center has finished R&D for more than 500 sets of large machine so far, products distributed in 25 provinces, municipality, and exported to Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Philippine and Australia etc.
