Wagon unloading System is designed for bulk material unloading
system, which is used for the dumping of bulk materials loaded by
trains. The wagon unloading system has high unloading
efficiency and less damage to rail cars. It can improve the working
environment of personnel on duty and facilitate the automatic
control of machinery. With the continuous development of the
national economy, the consumption of bulk materials transported by
train such as coal, coke and ore required for the construction of
thermal power plants, smelters, cement plants, ports and mines has
increased significantly. The wagon unloading system has been widely
used in large modern enterprises.
Based on requirements, various wagon unloading solutions can be
applied including rotary tipplers, C-type rotary wagon tipplers and
side-unloading wagon and our systems are able to unload a rail car
even when there are wagons of differing sizes.
