LCA331 LCA332 SWITCH OUTPUT TYPE TILT SWITCH

The LCA341A series is a low-cost tilt switch developed by RION for applications such as level safety alarming and platform level monitoring. It features an internal relay output circuit, with a pre-set alarm threshold value. When the platform's inclination exceeds the set value, the relay outputs a signal (1A drive current) to activate a solenoid valve hydraulic system, or drive a buzzer or warning light to ensure platform safety.

The primary function of the LCA341A is to automatically monitor and alert for changes in the platform's inclination (dual-axis or single-axis). It is designed with temperature and linearity compensation, and includes protection against short circuits, high voltage, and surges. All components meet industrial application standards.

The installation must guarantee the product bottom is parallel to measured face,and reduce the influence of dynamic and acceleration to the sensor. This product can be installed horizontally or mounted vertically (mounted vertically selection is only applicable to the single axis, and only can do relative measurement , if absolute measurement the level reference will occur error ), for installation please refer to the following scheme.
