Battery:

The flat car adopts traction lead-acid traction battery (hereinafter referred to as battery) in accordance with GB/T 7403.1-1996 Traction Lead Acid Battery. It is mainly used as DC power supply for handling trucks, forklifts, etc. used in industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, docks and stations, as well as other supporting power supplies.

Charger

Fully automatic intelligent charger. One key operation, fully charged with automatic power-off. The charger has the function of automatic charging with quasi constant voltage and constant current in stages. Its charging curve fully conforms to the charging characteristics of lead acid battery, and has perfect protection functions such as short circuit, overcurrent, battery reverse connection, no-load, etc., so that the machine can automatically stop charging in case of any of the above faults, effectively protecting the charger and user equipment.

On board control box:

The on-board control box is installed on the lower side of the electric flat car frame to protect it. The electrical components are all products with high technology content and good reliability. The control system is equipped with leakage protection switch overload protection and emergency power off control elements, and the control circuit is set to 36v safety voltage. The whole set of electrical equipment is equipped with power distribution protection, short circuit protection, over-current protection, voltage loss protection, zero protection, emergency power off protection, safety signs, etc., to ensure the safe, accurate and reliable transmission performance, control performance, protection performance, and safe shutdown in case of emergency.
