- 1、We have an advanced R&D team, design and development staff of 18 people, according to your needs to provide the best product solution. And develop high-end smart products that the market needs.
- 2.Before production, We process the sheet through the shot blasting machine and pass the materials to the next step after quality approved.
- 3、We process the sheet cutting with CNC flame cutting machine and laser cutting machine of the qualified steel materials.
- 4. The mobile welding machine is used for precise welding of diferent parts of the frame.
- 5. Fine grinding and weld inspection of the weld joint.
- 6. For every car primer spray, toccat, perfect antirust, ensure th ebeauftiful appearance.
- 7. Installation of the whole internal parts of the wheel and the car body.
- 8. Commissioning the vehicle operation and electrical parts, then test after completion of commissoning：Zero load test and load test before shipping.
