The principle and mechanism of trackless electric flat car, the
wheel data are made of cast steel, the wheel surface is quenched,
and the bearing is double row centripetal spherical roller bearing,
which can automatically compensate the deformation deviation of the
frame.
The car body of trackless steering electric flat car belongs to
steel structure, the table top is tiled with steel plate, and then
welded to form the frame. The frame is mainly made of section steel
- I-beam and steel plate. The power supply system of trackless
electric flat car is mainly battery power supply, which supplies
360V AC through cable drum. The cable drum is generally of
hysteresis coupling type, which can ensure that the cable is
stressed evenly and is not easy to be pulled out.
The wheel set is installed under the cross beam of the frame
through the shoulder pole bearing seat, and each side is fixed with
four bolts. This structure reduces the table height, improves the
lateral stability and bearing capacity, and is beneficial to the
stress of the frame.
