Initial position of the character wheel and installation of the
head Before installing the printer head on the frame, rotate the
character wheel of the head to the initial position: that is, the
two notches on the rubber wheel of the character wheel are in the
vertical position and the character wheel is locked. Install the
print head on the frame through the connecting block. At this time,
the lower notch on the rubber wheel of the character wheel should
face the rubber wheel, but not contact with it. 2. Installation bracket The frame of the coding machine should be installed in a place that does not affect the packaging machine and is convenient for printer operation; After the frame is installed, it should be firm enough, and the cots and film guide rollers of the packaging machine should be ensured, otherwise, the film running stability of the packaging film will be affected.
