Dry Filter Spray Booths:
Our booths feature pre-formed and punched galvanised panels, and include a floor in the extraction chamber for improved air flow and to aid cleaning. Available with a full range of compliant exhaust ducting and a choice of filter media, they can be supplied with either axial or centrifugal fans.

These dry filter spray booths are built to ensure a long working life, for both small and large volume production.

Simple, economical maintenance, the replacement of disposable filters only takes a few minutes.

Water Wash Spray Booths:
Our pump and nozzle type Water Wash Spray Booths are manufactured to include fully-welded and flanged tanks for extended working life. Large capacity pumps provide continuous water flow and ABS pipe-work eliminates corrosion. Contaminants are prevented from reaching the pump and nozzles, due to a full booth width pre-filter.

Paint Mix Rooms:
Manufactured from either single skin galvanised steel panels or double skinned and insulated wall panelling.

Available in a range of sizes and specifications, with heating and/or cooling systems. Manufactured and installed complete with extraction, lighting and bunded floors.

Powder coating booths:
Externally powder coated for longevity and enhanced appearance. Booths are suitable for open-fronted, manual or automatic conveyorised powder coat operations. Can be supplied with recovery cyclones and a choice of extraction filters.

Cure ovens & dry-off ovens:

Constructed utilising standardised modules, panels and components. Bespoke products designed with high air movement.

Suitable for operating temperatures ranging from 30-250oC. Cure oven types include batch/box, tunnel, camelback and well type, and may be specified for water or solvent-based paint.
