System including:32 head weigher, counting vibration rotary feeder, working platform,(Optional: material feeding conveyor, packaging machine, desiccant feeder).32 head weigher bag packaging machine is suitable for nuts and candies that need to be counted and packaged.SUS304 Stainless standard applied for machine housing.

material counting pieces (total weighing accuracy ± 1.5g) The distributed hoppers of 32 head weigher for the 4 material are 7hoppers (±2g), 7hoppers (±2g), 7hoppers (±2g), and 8hoppers (±1.5g). The main material is distributed 8hoppers as the main material automatically compensate for other formula weighing accuracy error, which ensures the accuracy of the total weight within ±1.5g; Other three kinds of materials are distributed 7 hoppers with the accuracy of ± 2g; Formula weighing accuracy control is well. The distributed hoppers of 32 head weighers for the 3 material counting pieces are 1 hopper (±0), 1 hopper (±0), and 1 hopper (±0). Each of the material is distributed to one-hopper and fed by counting vibration rotary feeder in high precision (the weight accuracy is not considered)
