The following shows you the whole process of Kenwei production multihead weigher. Taking the production combination weigher as an example, from purchasing raw materials into the warehouse to cutting the material with a laser cutting machine, after cutting, bending with a bending machine Bend to the corresponding angle and then punch. Each part is assembled into an assembly workshop, and the assembly staff assembles the parts into a multihead weigher. In addition, we will conduct a 7-day aging test on the whole machine to ensure that each product can run stably and efficiently after leaving the factory. Kenwei adopts the "stabilization time fixed development mode" which represents the top level of multihead weigher field, to avoid the various vibrations caused by the different vibration modes, hopper vibration modes, and vibration moments caused by the inconsistent stability time. Kenwei independently researched and developed both standard and high amplitude vibrators. The vibration time and vibration amplitude of each vibrator can be automatically adjusted to optimize the material flow. Multi-head weigher central chassis is made from 2.5mm thickness stainless plate and strengthened structurally with internal strengthening rib. The AD conversion module combines technical modification with anti-interference technology to effectively minimize various vibration interference and ensure the accuracy of the whole machine.

In order to achieve fully automatic manufacturing, Kenwei is equipped with a variety of metal processing equipment, including a large-scale laser cutter, CNC bending machine, etc. to prepare for future production requirements. Kenwei employs a group of experienced welding technicians who fully control the welding quality of all metal components.

We have set up a warehouse to store weigher components, allowing us to satisfy manufacturing requirements within the supply chain at fast speeds so that customers do not have to wait overly long for their orders.

What’s more, all control panels are Kenwei self-designed and self-manufactured, and all products are strictly inspected to fully guarantee quality.

Assembly is the final step in our processing line, and we have two individual assembly workshops for various products. Our employees follow strict quality control rules so that only qualified products will be assembled. After finishing, the whole machine will be waterproof examined at IP65 standard rates to ensure it meets customer cleaning requirements. Each machine has to pass a 7-day operation test without loading to ensure a stable and efficient operation with no faults.
