Parallel lower Adjustable Roller Frame

Roller Frame are designed to provide a minimum gap between rollers, and give added protection to the conveyor belt. Frame outer slopers are designed to prevent material build up around the shell end thereby avoiding premature shell wear due to roll jamming.
Base frame cross members are designed for optimum strength weight ratio whilst providing adequate support the roller under load conditions. All frames are inspected prior to commencing the welding run to confirm accuracy of major dimensions. Selected frames are removed from the productions run at intervals and subjected to full dimension checks and weld quality inspection.
