Main Function

1. the Coffee Pod is formed from two rolled foil sheets with coffee powder in. 

2. With servo motor auger filling system, the filling accuracy will be ±0.15g.

3. There's a powder level detect sensor inside the transparent hopper to pump the powder automatically.

4. There's a stepper motor to stir the powder to keep the powder level being flat and relative stable powder pressure.

5. With optionoal Nitrogen flush function from the empty capsule feeding station to the sealing station to keep the coffee powder fresh and maintain coffee shelf life.

6. The cup forming device will press down the bottom foil and form a cup with the customized machine module plate;

7. The dosing system fill the coffee powder into the formed cup;

8. With SMC filter to vacuum and clean the cup rim;

9. the top film will be heat sealing above the formed cup;

10. the pod cutting knives will cut off the pod, and the pod will drop down into the tray bin or connect a conveyor for latter packaging;

11. with optional bag packing machine, three sides or four sides sealing or box packing machinery.
