Standard:

IEC60245-1 Rubber insulated cables-Rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V-Part 1:General requirements.

IEC60245-2 Rubber insulated cables-Rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V-Part 2: Test methods.

Application:

Applicable to the DC resistance measurement of variety of power cables and electrical equipment, wire and cable equipment specified in "Test methods for electrical properties of electric cables and wires" , it can also be used for DC resistance measurement of other conductor materials. Feature:

It adopts the fast clamp and withdraw structure by using positive and negative threaded rod, and the voltage and the current clamp are separated to improve the contact point of the sample. Aluminum alloy base plate, copper clamp.

Products Introduction:

The apparatus adopts aluminum alloy base plate, reasonable structure and convenient use. It uses screw quick clamping and withdrawing structure, supplemented by adjustable tension device, which is more convenient and flexible. The voltage clamp and current clamp are separated to improve the contact point with the sample.

Test Method:

1.Adjustment distance	Since the clamp is adjustable, it is necessary to check whether the distance between the two voltage clamping head is 1 meter before the measurement; the fixture should periodically calibrate the length of 1 meter to the local calibration department
2. Adjust the distance between two current clamping head and the voltage clamping head so that the distance is not less than 1.5 times the circumference of the cross section of the test sample
3. Wiring	connect the corresponding current, voltage terminals
4.Install the sample	Unscrew the current clamping head, place the sample in the current clamping head ①, ④, straighten the sample and tighten, and rotate the handle ⑥ to tighten the sample (the force should not be too large); then the voltage clamping head ②, ③gently tighten until it is in effective contact
5. The test begins and is recorded
