The working process of KN95 Mask Machines are as follows:

The multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding after feeding. Nasal lines are welded after unrolling and cutting. Two rolls of rubber band are welded after automatically unrolling and cutting to designated length. Then masks are folded in half. After ultrasonic welding and sealing, the masks are formed. Finally, we get finished KN95 masks.

Mask fit test requirements:
1. To be certified as a KN95 mask, according to the Chinese government, a special mask fit test needed to run on real humans with less than 8% leakage.

2. N95/kn95 masks have slightly stricter requirements for pressure drop while inhaling. That means they’re required to be slightly more breathable than other masks.
3. KN95/N95s also have slightly stricter requirements for pressure drop while exhaling, which should help with breathability.
