The production line is consists of four parts: the kneading machine,sheeting machine, double bread forming machine and rope cutting machien.

The kneading amchine, which is used to press the dough from the mixer;

The sheeting machine, which is used to pre-sheet the dough and divide the dough into the width as required;

The bread forming machine, which is used to press and roll the dough as well as adjust the thickness of the dough;

The rope cutting machine, which is used to cut the rope into different length as required; the length, the diameter of the rope is adjustable.

This machine is used to sheet the dough after the mixer, to make the dough with more gluten, the thickness of the dough is adjustable on the right side handel; Also, this machine has two models, one is manual working, that means when it is in working, pressing the dough, it need to stop by manual; another is auto model, you can set the times that you want to press the dough, the dough will come from the machine directly when reach the times it set.

This machine is used to connect the kneading machine and the main machine, it is used to pre-sheet the dough from the kneading machine, to make the dough more tidy, another function is to divide the dough into serveral width pieces when customer want to make different size and weight products, it equipped with two cutters on the machine, it can divide the dough by three pieces at most one time.

Double Bread Forming Machine:

It is used to sheeting the dough again and adjust the thickness of the dough according to the weight of the products as required; Then roll the dough piece into ropes, diameter of the ropes will be decided by the thickness and width of the dough piece.

It is connect with the bread forming machine; it will cut the ropes into different length as required; there is a timer installed on the panel, it is used to calculate the lenght of the rope, you can set the length as needed.

Preparation:

A.Need to find a smooth ground to place the machine;

B.Need to confirm if all the electric circuit is ready and the related protection circuit is ready;

C.To confirm if the machines will put in the suitable place, such as , whether it is near the mixer and other related machine so thatit will save time to operate the machine;

D.Keep enough space for the machine and start to install and place the machine; The machine need to put in order as below:

E. From right to left machine sequence should be Kneading machine

F. Machine voltage is 380V. Please confirm correct voltage circuit before working.
