This 6-layer hybrid PCB combines Rogers RO4003C high-frequency material with S1000-2M substrate to deliver exceptional RF performance and reliability. Designed for microwave and millimeter-wave applications, this board features a robust 2.0mm thick construction with 1oz copper layers and precise 4/4 mil trace/space capabilities. Core layers: S1000-2M substrate (0.508mm) for enhanced thermal and mechanical properties
Prepreg layers: 1080 glass (0.127mm) for reliable interlayer bonding
The RO4003C laminate's unique thermal properties ensure outstanding
reliability: CTE closely matched to copper (X/Y: 11/14 ppm/°C) for exceptional
dimensional stability Low Z-axis CTE (46 ppm/°C) ensures plated through-hole integrity in
thermal cycling Ultra-high Tg (>280°C) maintains stability across all processing
temperatures Requires no special through-hole treatments unlike PTFE materials
