General Description

This thermal management PCB is a double-layer board fabricated on Rogers (Arlon) TC600 substrate. Designed for effective heat dissipation, it features a 50mil thick core, 1oz finished copper weight, and immersion silver finish on pads. The board complies with IPC-A-600 Class 2 standards, includes a black solder mask on the component side, and is 100% electrically tested prior to shipment.
