Prototype PCB Sample Fabrication with 50 Ohm Impedance Built On FR-4 With Matt Black Mask and Immersion Gold

1.1 General description

This is a type of 4 layers impedance controlled PCB built on FR-4 substrate with Tg 170°C for the application of POS System. 50 ohm coplanar impedance with 15mil track/11mil space on bottom layer 4. It's 1.60 mm thick, white silkscreen on matt black solder mask covering both sides and immersion gold on pads. The base material is FR-4 IT180 from ITEQ Corp., entire board supplying 6 PCBs per panel. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 25 panels are packed for shipment.
