control system, and a wide-range battery simulator, comprehensively
covering the performance verification needs of commercial vehicle

0-3000Nm , and a maximum speed of 4500rpm, which can meet the

constant power range of 1250-3750rpm is suitable for various motor
operating characteristics. 2) Excellent measurement accuracy: The HBM torque flange has an accuracy of 0.2% FS, and the Seelong
power analyzer has a basic accuracy of 0.03%. Combined with a
multi-dimensional data acquisition unit, it ensures accurate
acquisition of key data such as torque, power, and temperature. 3) Strong system compatibility: The battery simulator supports 7 mainstream battery models, with
an output voltage of 24-1200V and a peak current of 1000A, adapting
to the power supply requirements of different types of motors; the
ABB frequency converter system is compatible with a wide voltage
input of 380V±10% and has outstanding stability. 4) Complete and flexible configuration: It covers core modules such as measurement and control, data
