Overview
The eddy current dynamometer uses the principle of eddy current
loss to absorb power.
operating principle
According to the structure of eddy current dynamometer, the
inductor is mainly composed of rotating part and swinging part
(armature and excitation coil). The shape of the inductor on the
rotor shaft is like a gear, and there is a DC excitation coil
coaxial with the rotor. When high speed rotation dynamometer, due to the cycles of the flux density values produce eddy current, the eddy current magnetic field with its magnetic field interaction, and commissioning are produced by reverse braking torque, the armature oscillating, through the lever on the armature, the braking force to the measuring device, by the size of the force sensor will force into electrical signal output, so as to achieve the purpose of measuring the torque.
