Q2: Can I get a sample before order?
A2: Surely you can ,free sample will be offer,but the sample cost and freight.
Q3: What is the payment terms acceptable ?
A3: Normally T/T is appreciated. L/C for old customers only.
T/T: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.
L/C at sight.
Q4: When will my order be delivered?
A4: You'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the PI. For regular items, usually deliver within 30 days. For special items, normally 40-50 days. We will update this daily to let you know the latest situation by mail.
