Curing Felt - Cylinder
Curing Felt insulation Cylinder is mainly used in vacuum sintering furnace, cemented carbide sintering furnace, etc. Graphite paper can be attached to the inter layer or both sides, it has high strength, good thermal insulation effect and long life span! The applicable temperature is 1300-2600 ℃! Curing Felt production structure can be made of carbon fiber cloth, flexible graphite paper, carbon felt or graphite felt material through special process bonding, curing, shaping, and secondary high temperature heat treatment. Curing Felt has a certain shape retention, self-supporting, small specific gravity, no short fiber drop, low thermal conductivity, low thermal shock resistance, ablation resistance, long service life, easy installation and removal. Curing Felt is suitable for vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace, vacuum sintering furnace, pressurized vacuum sintering furnace. There are mainly two kinds of veneer materials: cloth base and paper base.

Temperature resistance: 1800 ℃ in vacuum, 2600 ℃ in inert gas
