The slide carrier of the GS series scales, use a five bearing design for optical grating linear transducer which has been proven as the most reliable system design in today's market.
Reader Head Aging Testing All the Easson linear scale must be aging test in 72 hours, in order to check the quality of the reader head LED and PCB, ensure all the reader head passed our quality management system throughout all production processes.
100% Laser calibration
All glass grating transducers are individually inspected and calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer to ensure measuring accuracy comply 100% with the specifications.
Accuracy report Each linear scale is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection. |
