Advanced Optical Measuring System
The slide carrier of the VS / VA series scales, use a five bearing design and six spring for optical grating linear transducer, ensure the VA scales not effected by installation, the spring can adjust the angle when the operator install not good for the alignment, so that it can reach a higer accuracy than one spring design reader head.
The VA series absolute linear scale connector has a small PCB which store the laser copmensation data, it can automatic load the data into the LCD DRO to achieve highest measuring precision.
Absolute Linear Encoder Features and Advantages:
1. High Accuracy The glass grating of absolute linear scale consists of two grating masks, it is the absolute mask and incremental mask respectively.
2. Convenient to use The grating mask of absolute linear encoder scale is unique over the whole measurement travels, it offers a fixed reference (Zero point) to the system.
