GS64 High Accuracy Reflective Open Grating Scale

GS64 series is designed for high speed & high accuracy applications, i.e. Metrology equipment,  high speed PCB drilling machines,  linear motors ... or etc. GS64's unique non-contact Phased Array refelective open grating measuring system offers high precision backlish free position eadings.

GS64 is one of the smallest grating scales in this planet,  available in two types of minature reader head housing,  which offering two different installation direction respectively,  making your scale installation exteremely easy. Standard resolution for GS64 is 0.1μm,  maximum measuring speed up to 60m/min,  acceleration up to 4G.

Three choices of measuring accuracy : ( ±10μm / ±5μm / ±3μm ) are available to achieve the best price-performance for your application.

Thanks to the small reader head size, this makes your scale installation very easy and convenience.

Grating Glass Dimension

There are three types of different grating glass dimensions in the GS 64 series,
they are 6.2mm x 1 mm glass, 12 mm x 2 mm glass, and 12 mm x 3 mm glass.
