Product Introduction

The SPARTAN series Vision Measurement System is designed specifically for large scale repeated measuring, it is with high speed, high effciency and powerful function.  The three axis of SP series adopt the Easson AC servo motor system, recognized by the industry as one of the most reliable system, to make sure high speed and reliable measuring.

It is mainly a 2D measuring instrument, but it can also be used as a video measuring system for a 3D measuring, this device will enable the user to make contrast between real objects and designs, it can also make the purpose of measuring, inspecting, compensating and reverse engineering design all achieved in one machine.

Working Principle

When putting a workpiece on the work table, its image is captured and exported to the computer through transmission or reflecting lighting of the device, then by using software functions like video, measuring together with work table translating, coordinate collecting, user can take measurements like ponit, line, surface to the workpiece.

d). High-resolution SONY CMOS sensor of image processor to ensure the image is clear and without smearing.

e). The up light source using eight areas partitioned independent control lighting system, and the light-emitting element using low-attenuation  LED to extend working life.

f). Independently developed multi-function 2D and 3D measurement software, the measurement results can be output to DXF, Word, Excel,  PDF and other formats.

Combine with the high-precision, high-resolution ring scale developed and designed by Easson's F3 lens, full closed-loop position feedback, the image multiple repetition error caused by the gear transmission gap is eliminated to Improve the repeatability of the overall measurement.

The three Axis of SPARTAN  series adopt the AC servo motor system, recognized by the industry as one of the most reliable system, to make sure high speed and reliable measuring.

21 Orders Volumetric Compensation

Easson Vision Measurement System used with AR series Network control System which is included 21 orders volumetric compensation, with Ultra high speed linear scale reading and built-in EAD (absolute scale decoder) which allow AR series system to use AS-80 high precision absolute scale, providing high accuracy and high resolution measurement.
