The Video Measuring Systems is efficient 2D measuring instrument integrating metals,  mold and electronics. Easson's measurement machine all use the special version high resolution AS series Absolute linear scale for the machine measuring standard.
 
It is widely used in the measurement of dimensional accuracy of various machinery,  Applications in laboratories,  electronics,  hardware and plastics,  metal stamping,  PCB,  LCD screen,  mobile phone parts,  etc..

1. The X / Y / Z three axes of the Absolute Linear Scale is developed by ourselves, with a resolution of up to 0.5 microns

Deatails 

Easson video measuring instrument is fully developed and produced independently. All key parts on the image measuring instrument, such as absolute linear scale,  guideway,  motion control system,  measurement software, etc. are independently developed and produced by our company.
 
               
 
VMM uses high-precision marble as the bracket of the machine body, coupled with a high-precision table. The XYZ axis is equipped with an optical linear scale measurement system with a resolution of 0.5 micron. The XYZ axis has a measurement accuracy of (3 + L / 200) μm.
 

Optional Measurement Accessory

VMM can equip with the UK Renishaw high precision touch probe for the measurement as below:

1. Height : use probe to touch a standard plane and many other measuring planes, program will automatically get the height difference between measuring planes and the standard plane.

2. Plane : touch at least three points in the measuring plane, right mouse click to finish, then you can get this plane's inclination and flatness.

3. Sphere : use probe to evenly touch three points on the bigger diameter part of measuring sphere, then touch the top of the measuring

4. Cylinder : touch three points around the cylinder at the same height, then touch another three points at another height, finally you can get the cylinder's radius and inclination.

5. Cone : touch three points around the cone at the same height, then touch another three points at another height, finally you can get this cone's radius and inclination.

6. Circle: use probe to evenly touch at least three points on the measuring object, right mouse click to finish, then you can measure an inner circle.
