The Video Measuring Systems is efficient 2D measuring instrument integrating metals,  mold and electronics. Easson's measurement machine all use the special version high resolution AS series Absolute linear scale for the machine measuring standard.
 
Working Principle
Vision measuring systems is based on machine vision, such as automatic edge extraction, automatic alignment, automatic focus, measurement synthesis, image synthesis and other artificial intelligence technologies. It has the functions of automatic measurement of point where to go, automatic measurement of CNC position, and automatic learning of batch measurement. Image map target guidance, full-field eagle-eye zoom and other excellent functions.

Meanwhile, based on the auto-focus process under the precise control of machine vision and micron, it can meet the needs of auxiliary measurement under clear images, and touch probe can also be added to complete coordinate measurement. Excellent software performance that supports spatial coordinate rotation, batch measurement and SPC result classification can be carried out when workpieces are randomly placed or fixtures are used.

Product Details

Easson video measuring instrument is fully developed and produced independently. All key parts of the vision measurement machine, such as  linear encoder scale,  lens,  motion control system,  2D measurement software, etc. are independently developed and produced by our company.
 
               
 
VMM uses high precision marble as the base of the machine body, coupled with a high-precision table. The XYZ axis is equipped with an optical linear scale measurement system with a resolution of 0.5 micron, measurement accuracy is (3 + L / 200) μm.
