Introduction to quality control system

The company has established a complete set of effective management methods so far, and quality assurance mainly consists of the following aspects:
1. Quality management system: effectively control the quality management system according to the requirements of iso9001:2015 standard, and maintain and implement the documented quality management system according to the quality documents, operation instructions and other quality management system documents. In the aspect of document control and record management, it can meet the basic requirements of the standard and provide the operation evidence of each process of the quality management system.
2. Incoming inspection of raw materials: inspection points shall set up incoming inspection areas according to production conditions, formulate raw material inspection procedures, conduct incoming inspection on each batch of raw materials according to inspection procedures, ensure the quality of raw materials, never put unqualified raw materials in storage, and ensure the quality of purchased products.

4. Delivery inspection: for the products with different packages, the corresponding delivery inspection reports and delivery inspection standards are made respectively. The inspectors are required to inspect (test) the inspected products one by one in strict accordance with the delivery inspection standards and make relevant records to control the traceability of the quality data of the delivered products. Ensure the finished products meet the relevant requirements and customer requirements.
5. System implementation: the company has always taken the construction of the quality management system as a management improvement work, and the establishment and implementation of the quality management system are closely around the practical and effective principles. From the perspective of current operation, the quality management system is reasonable, complete and effective in general, and meets the needs of current system operation.
