Product introduction:

The instrument is used to measure the bursting strength, deformation, sample diameter, compression ratio, and pressure for a variety of cigarette capsules.

Performance and features: 

1. It can measure the cigarette capsule of different diameters.
2. It can automatically complete feeding, measuring and cleaning, without manual duty, and completely eliminate the inefficient manual feeding.
3. Multiple hoppers can be loaded to measure multiple batches of capsules at a time.
4. It can measure the parameters such as bursting strength, bursting deformation, bursting deformation rate and elastic index for the capsule.
5. It can detect the bursting strength of the capsule in the capsule filter rods and capsule cigarettes.
6. It can display the pressure-deformation curve and dynamic statistical measurement results in real time.
7. It is easy to calibrate the strength and deformation, and view and print the calibration results.
8. It provides a safety protection mechanism during sample measurement. When the strength reaches the measurement limit, it will automatically reset.
9. Built-in thermal printer prints measurement data.
10. It adopts 15-inch touch screen, based on windows system and Chinese graphical interface, which makes it convenient to use.
11. It provides complete data processing, statistics, printing, saving and query functions.
12. Measurement data can be backed up and exported via USB interface.

Compared with the previous generation: 

The CTS-III Capsule Test Station is the newly-designed third generation of Capsule Test Station, which can automatically and efficiently complete feeding, measuring and cleaning, without manual duty. The newly-designed multiple hoppers can measure 4 batches of samples at one time, saving time for operators. The instrument adopts imported high-precision pressure sensor and tight pressure platform, adopts optimized measurement module and advanced data acquisition and control system, with higher detection precision, accuracy and reliability. It meets the strength detection requirements during the production, sampling and experimental research of capsules.

Improvements: 

• The instrument adopts the multi-hopper design, which can measure 4 batches of samples at a time; and it optimizes the hopper structure to reduce the probability of material jamming and blocking.
• The instrument adopts a large-size touch screen, with the software interface optimization, more convenient.
• The intensity calibration is optimized for easier operation, viewing and printing of calibration results.
