Indoor Porcelain Standoff Insulators/ light gray / OEM design
available Description: Bushing insulator is used between the transformer rectifier and the
discharge electrode suspension of an ESP for leading high voltage
into the electric filed, functioning as insulating and supporting
of the bus rod. By its own structure it is divided into two types:
pure ceramic insulator and combined insulator.
Specifications:
1. Total height: 80mm 2. Outer dia.: 60mm 3.Porcelain glaze colour: light gray 4. Metal fitting material is stainless steel 6. Metal fitting and porcelain shall be in good condition when
cementing.
Hardwares:
Our insulators have externally attached caps or bases. a highly engineered cementing system transfers the load uniformly from the hardware into the porcelain body.
Porcelain body:
Each insulator body is made from the highest quality clay raw materials that have been processed to be fully vitrified porcelain. The body is glazed to add strength improve surface appearance, and enhance clean-ability.
