We have been exporting insulators to more than 20 countries and regions, such as United States, Korea, Thailand, Britain, Switzerland, Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Oman, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, etc.
Product information We can supply goods in accordance with the common international standards of GB, ANSI, IEC, BS, AS, DIN and the customers’ different requirements. Our main products are 10KV—110KV Line Post Insulators，10KV-220KV Station Post Insulators，10KV-220KV Transformer Bushings，1KV-220KV Lightning Arrester Bushing, 10KV-220KV SF6 Bushings, LBS gas insulated bushings, High and Low Voltage Pin Insulators, Spool Insulators, Stay Insulators as well as some non-standard type of Insulators, transformer bushing assemblies and various high voltage bushing terminal caps and hardware.

Changsha Power Electric Co., Ltd.(CPE) is a comprehensive Import & Export Trading and manufacturing Corporation, specializing in transmission and distribution products. We have modern porcelain production lines, workshops including raw material workshop, green body shaping workshop , firing workshop, test and inspection workshop, final packing and stock workshop.
There are total 3 production lines:
► 1 line for station post insulators, products are from 10KV-220KV.
► 1 line for transmission line insulators which including suspension insulators up to 300kN insulators and distribution line insulators which including line post insulators , pin type insulators shackle insulators etc.
► 1 line for hollow insulators , which including transformer bushing insulators, SF6 breaker
insulators, surge arrester bushings etc.

About quality management: 
Quality controlling process on porcelain insulators:
All of our products in our factory have passed through a very strict quality controlling system.
1. Raw material selecting
We will select high quality raw material, both chemical and physical inspection will be conducted on all type of raw materials. After inspection finished, the qualified raw material will be marked and stored separately for further production.
2. “6S” production management
Our “6S” production management makes the stable quality of products. We have more than 20 specialists in leading our manufacturing process. Most of our workers are from insulators manufacturing family. Thus, experienced manufacturing makes the quality controlling system exceed more smoothly.
3. Complete Testing procedure
We have a full set testing facilities for products inspection. All products confirm to international quality standards - IEC,BS, ANSI, AS, DIN and GB. We are strictly comply with test procedure doing related tests, for example, each insulators must be routine tested , sample tests must be done on each lot against different Standards.
