Application

Our chocolate decorating machine is used to decorate zigzags and stripes on the surface of products like biscuits, waffer or cereal bars etc.

It can decorate all kinds of zigzags through the eccentric gear to adjust the distance.

Moreover, the electric heated decorating nozzles with inlets and outlets, so the size of decorating pattern is adjustable according to customers' demand. The decorating nozzles will be clean automatically and customers can set the clean interval according to production condition.

This machine is moveable for convenient production. It can be connected with biscuit production line, waffer production line and chocolate enrobing line etc.

The electrically heated split nozzle tube is fitted with both a mass feed and mass outlet so that the pressure in

the nozzle tube can be adjusted. The nozzles are of course cleaned mechanically.

The machine is available in widths of 400 mm and above.
