A1: Yes. We can provide invitation letter and arrange our driver or sales to pick up customers at Shanghai airport or train

A2: Our warranty is 12 months or 14 months after shipment.
Q3: Will you test the machine after manufacturing?
A3: Yes. All our machines will be tested with oil or raw materials before shipping by our technician.
Q4: Can you supply machines which conform to European Standard or American standard?
A4: Yes. We exported our machines to USA, Canada, Hungary and Belgium, etc.
Q5: What can we do if goods were damaged during shipping?
