The final prosthetic of a dental implant can be fixed or removable. For a fixed construction, patient cannot remove the construction or teeth from their mouth, A removable construction, where patients can remove the prosthetic. Normally an abutment is attached to the implanted fixture. When the prosthetic is fixed, the crown, bridge or denture is fixed to the abutment either with screws or with dental cement. Where the prosthetic is removable, a corresponding adapter is placed in the prosthetic so that the two pieces can be secured together. 2, Please supply us necessary transferred implant impressions, opposite jaws, bite registrations. 

3, We will inform about what implant abutment and screws needed, dentist could supply us, or we will order from supplier, charge will be taken by dentists. If we order implant parts, extra time would be needed.

4, implant work need more accuracy, care and work. After everything and spare parts are ready, We still need 7-10 working days to work with implant products.
