This custom made occlusal splint, or named bite guard, stabilization guard, is designed for patients who suffers from moderate to heavy teeth grinding at night. The aim is to release jaw muscle pain and protect patient's teeth from over-grinding damage and to ease headache in some point.

Our occlusal splint product is only available in hard acrylics.

1, Our occlusal splint is made of heat cured acrylic, normally done by polymerization process. We could also use cold cured acrylics, if necessary. We can do most colors in occlusal splint, red, pink, blue, purple, yellow, green, transparant, etc.

2. Our occlusal splint is normally used to protect tooth and restoration surfaces, manage mandibular (jaw) dysfunction (TMD), and stabilize the jaw joints during bites or create space prior to restoration procedures. 

3 People who suffers from night time clenching could wear occlusal splints at night.

Our occlusal splint could be used for 1-3 years depending on grinding situation for each patient.

Dental Lab Service Policies

1. We speak English and Chinese.

2. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Holidays.

3. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.

4. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.

6. Warranty: We provide one year warranty to our products.
