  The production line is mainly used for the continuous production of double facing sheet aluminum foil phenolic foam panel materials, also can be suitable for other soft facing sheet panel materials, and upper and lower facing sheet soft materials have a one time forming along with the heat laminator during the production.

       The valid height for panel:20-100 mm

       The production rate: 0-5 m/min, The rated production speed::2.5 -3.5m/min

       The flow rate of the pouring machine: 2-10 kg/ min,Length is customer made.

2.Productivity:

The rated production speed of the production line is 3m/min, 3000 square meters panel materials with a thickness range of 20mm to 50mm can be produced in 12 hours working time for each working shift.
