It is an aspartic ester
polymer as a reactive partner for polyisocyanates. ● As a similar product to F420, it can offer a longer gelling time
than F420 but less gelling time than F520. And It provides higher
flexibility than F420. A blend of F420, F524, and F520 is
recommended for pure aspartic systems. F524 is also widely used in protective /floor / elastic/weather
resistant coating, waterproof, etc. ● Main Feature 1. High solid content with low viscosity 2. Faster curing time in the aliphatic system 3. Offering outstanding physical properties, such as high hardness, flexibility, elongation(400%), tear, and tensile strength(25MPa). 4. Great weather and saline water resistance Ⅲ Quality standard
Ⅳ Package and storage ● 200Kgs/Drum, 4Drums/pallets, 80Drums/container or 1Ton/IBC tank. FEISPARTIC F524 resin must be stored in tightly sealed containers
to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperatures
are 0°-40°C (32°-104°F). The shelf life of this product is 12

Upon full operation, the project will raise Feiyang’s total resin production capacity to 46,000 tons. It has significantly upgraded the original polyaspartic resin production process by establishing a fully automated production line that integrates raw material storage, manufacturing, and packaging. As a result, labor requirements have been reduced by 50%, while output per employee has doubled.
