PROFILE

FEISPARTIC F423(Equivalent/alternative to Desmophen® NH 1423) is a solvent-free aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates.

High purity, very low content of diethyl fumarate.

PROPERTY

• Solvent-free with low viscosity. For the formulation of high-solid or solvent-free coatings.
• High reactivity to improve production efficiency. React with HDI Trimer and dry in 15 minutes.
• The coating film has excellent fullness, leveling performance, and high gloss. Has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, and other properties. High hardness up to 2H and excellent abrasive resistance.
• Excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC, and other plastics and various metals.
• FEISPARTIC F423 has excellent compatibility with most hydroxy acrylic resin and cab.
• It can not only be used with our elastic curing agent to make elastic materials with excellent mechanical properties (elongation 400%, tensile strength 25MPa), but also can be used with a rigid curing agent, HDI Trimer (or dimer) to make rigid film (hardness 2H).
• Serve as chain extender or R component in Spray Polyurea Elastic(SPUA).

APPLICATIONS

• For various high-grade paint fields, such as automobile paint, wood paint, etc., it can improve the fullness, gloss, and hardness and speed up the drying.
• It makes anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures, oil pipelines,s, and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields.
• Can be used for foam landscape, concrete waterproof materials, and other fields.
• Can be used for wind blade coating fields, such as gel coat, putty, and topcoat.

SHELF LIFE

FEISPARTIC F423 must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 40°C (≤104°F). The shelf life in the closed original container is 12 months.

NOTICE

• FEISPARTIC F423 is combustible and should be stored at a temperature below 40 ℃. It should be kept away from fire source and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment. The storage period is 12 months.
• The coating formulated with FEISPARTIC F423 should be tested for performance after one week’s maintenance.
