tripod turnstile gate is an electro economical turnstiles. Its unique mechanical drive design allow the arm to be pushed effortlessly and auto-rotate back without any expensive electric motor.
It can effectively control high volume human traffic ( up to 30 person per minutes ) while still maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. They can easily be integrated with any electronic system for ticketing, access control or time attendance.
It is the ideal management and guidance equipment for pedestrians with high-frequency entrance and exit. Widely used in airports, stations, terminals, attractions, parks, shopping malls, office buildings, pedestrian walkways and other places.
FUNCTION AND FEATURES
1. Auto-reposition function: After card read, passengers don‘t pass within regulated time period, turnstile will be locked automatically
2. Bi-direction passing or uni-direction
3. When power off, arm will be dropped automatically
4. Self-lock function: arm will be locked automatically after passenger passing
5. LED passing arrow can show direction to indicate passenger to pass
6. Standard interfaces are convenient for connection with different readers which can send relay signal
7. Stable running with little noise.
8. Mechanical drive unit with solenoid locking mechanism eliminate the use of expensive electric motor and reduce maintenance cost.
9. If arm rotated more than half, it will auto-rotate to the next idle position. If arm rotated less than half, it will auto-rotate back to the current idle position.
10. Built in adjustable tensioner to control rotation force to minimize over rotation. Arm just need to be pushed lightly to rotate therefore even elderly or children are able to use the turnstile.
11. Turnstile can be configured to be bi-directional or uni-directional. Housing is locked with special key to avoid tampering.

The mode of choice: to meet the different requirements, it can be set up as a two-way credit card or a one-way credit card and free pass. 8. Various control functions: external button, remote control, bar code, IC or ID, etc.
