Product Description The UV weather resistance test box uses fluorescent ultraviolet lamps and condensed water to simulate sunlight and dew conditions respectively. For example: fading, discoloration, loss of light, cracking, turbidity, blistering, embrittlement, strengthening, recession and oxidation, etc. Features The UV accelerated aging test chamber can simulate environmental conditions such as self-climate ultraviolet rays, rain, high temperature, high humidity, dew condensation, darkness, etc. By reproducing these conditions, it is merged into a cycle, and it automatically executes the number of cycles completed. In this process, the equipment can be used for automatic monitoring of blackboard temperature and water tank temperature; by configuring irradiance measurement and control device (optional), the irradiance can be measured and controlled, and the irradiance is stable at 0.76W/m2/340nm or specified setting. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing. 2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It’s generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months. 3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months. It has the following performance characteristics: The heating mode is the inner tank heating, fast heating and uniform temperature distribution The drainage system uses reflux type and U-type sedimentation device to drain water The distance between the sample surface and the UV lamp plane is 50 mm and parallel The actual studio consists of test samples and supports to form the inner wall of the box, trapezoidal Automatic water refill of tank water level The lid is bidirectional clamshell type, easy to open and close High quality fixed PU movable wheel is used at the bottom of the test chamber
