Shenzhen BAVA Technology Co.,Ltd began independent production of Grow light since 2017 and have accumulated abundant manufacturing experience. Our workshop covers an area of 2000 square meters with an annual production capacity of 10,000+ units every month , and is well equipped with advanced technology equipment for production & testing.

Our manufacturer center covers an area of 2000 square meters with an annual production capacity of 10,000+ units per month ,and we have one semi-automatization with advanced technology equipment and another two production line with skilled workers .

Also we have high standard material suppliers such as aluminum profile manufaturer ,package manufacturer ,and also make good cooperation with Meanwell Company and Samsung led Company .

QUALITY CONTROL
BAVA QC procedure and testing details are as following: Incoming material/component inspection (IQC) -- Quality inspection on production line (LQC) -- In-process quality control (IPQC)(several IPQC process) -- Final quality control (FQC) -- After packing inspection (QA) –- Shipment
