Site Advantages/Description:Factory is close to Ningbo Port with less than 5 hours drive by lorry or containers, which helps to enhance our efficiency in transit.

Materials/Components:We sources top grade materials include plastic, fabrics, metal tubes and sponges. Recycled materials are available upon cost saving need.

Machinery/Production Process:We use plastic injection, fiber planting sewing and dying, and tools assembly package.

QC/Technical Support:We have 5 Structuring Designers working in Shanghai Office to provide technical supports on OEM/ODM projects , out of which confers us great strengths and efficiency over our main competitors .Our QA/QC team works same hours and shifts against production workers to ensure the random and ready-goods inspections are conducted for every shipment and production batch , which in another word to minimize the defective rates and consequent complaints .

Materials/Components:We purchase our main materials from local entity who is able to provide MSDS and other testing reports which are well recognized worldwide

Procedures/testing Details:Once the BOM sheet is signed off by Purchasing & Sales Management , they will be passed over to production managers for producing purpose. From that moments going onwards , all the production progresses will comply to BOM sheet and QC Team is strictly monitoring and supervising every workflow to make sure production compliance .Once order is completed into the warehouse , our QC inspectors will exercise their inspection liability to effect random or full amount inspections , corresponding to customers requests respectively .

Other Information:We pride ourselves by well established CAPA procedures ,once we receive quality complaints from customers , our dedicated sales team will issue CAPA form to all QA/QC who is in charge forthwith to brainstorm a rectification plan , to provide a Corrective and Preventive plan is made compulsive in policy.

Profile: 1. Receive 3D or structuring design in other formats. 2. Our R&D team will work on feasibility to mould and revert back to sales. 3. Sales confirm with customers and receive their advise back and forth. 4. Final 3D design is released to R&D for tooling. 5. R&D will monitor the moulding process and send off tool samples for confirmation. 6. Once off tool sample is singed off by customer, we will proceed to order production process.
